We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors have difficulty. Analytics are optional. We do not load analytics scripts unless you have granted analytics consent through our cookie preferences.

Strictly necessary cookies support core functions such as security, session handling and authentication, and cannot be disabled while you use account features. Analytics and functional/personalization technologies are optional and off until you accept them. We do not currently run marketing or advertising trackers; if that changes, the category will appear in your preferences and remain off until you opt in.

You can change your choices at any time using Cookie Preferences, also linked in the footer. Declining optional technologies does not restrict access to public website content.

The HireReady AI Readiness Navigator ("Ask HireReady") is an informational assistant. When you send it a message, the text you supply is processed by an AI model provider in order to generate a response, and the conversation may be retained in limited form to improve accuracy and to follow up on requests you explicitly submit.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account information, medical records, confidential employer information, or other highly sensitive personal information into the assistant or any form on this site. The Navigator provides general information about AI literacy, workforce readiness and HireReady programs. It does not provide legal, financial, HR-compliance, medical or government-benefits advice, and it does not make application decisions.

Briefing requests, partnership inquiries and program applications collect the information you choose to provide — such as name, organization, title, email, phone, location and interest — so that we can respond. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email. We ask for explicit consent before collecting contact details through the Navigator.

If you create an account, we store your email, profile details you provide, application and enrollment records, and role assignments required to operate participant, coach, employer, partner and administrator features. Access is restricted by role, and participants can see only their own records.

We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond, to operate the program, and to meet recordkeeping obligations of the workforce programs we support, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser until you change or clear them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, and you may withdraw consent for optional technologies at any time. Contact info@hirereadyailiteracy.com.
